General Questions
Our CopyShop at Bundesplatz is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00. This way, you can bring your print jobs to us even after work or on weekends.
Our CopyShop Berlin is located at Bundesplatz 12, 10715 Berlin. We are easily accessible by public transport: The Bundesplatz subway station (U9) and the Bundesplatz S-Bahn station (S41, S42, S46) are just a few minutes' walk away. You can find parking spaces in the surrounding area.
No appointment is necessary for simple print jobs, copies or standard products. You can simply come by during our opening hours. For more extensive projects such as theses, special print products or if you want detailed advice, we recommend making an appointment in advance. This way, we can ensure that we have enough time for you and that the right contact person is available.
Yes, for larger orders or regular customers, we offer a delivery service in the Berlin city area. The delivery costs depend on the distance and the scope of the order. For orders from 100 €, delivery within the S-Bahn ring is free. Please ask for the current delivery conditions when placing your order for exact information.
Yes, you can conveniently send us your print data by email to info@copy-shop.berlin. For larger files (over 10 MB), we are happy to provide you with an upload link. Please note that we check the data for printability before printing. If there are any questions or problems, we will contact you immediately. The order will only be executed after your confirmation.
Questions about our Services
We accept all common file formats such as PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF as well as files from Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). For the best print quality, we recommend print-ready PDF files with embedded fonts and sufficient resolution (at least 300 dpi for images).
The processing time depends on the type and scope of your order. Standard copies and simple prints are usually ready immediately or within a few hours. For special print products, larger print runs or finishing, we usually calculate 1-3 working days. For urgent orders, we also offer an express service - just ask us about it!
The choice of binding type depends on the specifications of your college or university as well as your personal preferences. For bachelor's and master's theses, we usually recommend a high-quality adhesive binding with hardcover or a glue binding with softcover. For dissertations, a hardcover binding with gold embossing is often prescribed. We are happy to advise you individually on the requirements of your educational institution.
Yes, in our CopyShop Berlin we also print individual pieces. Whether an individual gift or a sample for a later bulk order - we professionally implement your textile printing project even in small quantities. For larger quantities, we of course offer attractive graduated prices.
Yes, we are happy to support you in designing your print products. Whether simple layout adjustments, the creation of business cards or more complex design tasks - our team helps you to professionally implement your ideas. For more extensive design orders, we are happy to create an individual offer for you.
Questions about our Products
Yes, you can use your own designs for all our print products. We accept common file formats such as PDF, JPG, PNG or files from graphic programs. If you need help with the design, we also offer a professional design service.
There are no minimum order quantities for most of our products. We also print individual pieces such as business cards, flyers or T-shirts. For larger quantities, we of course offer attractive graduated prices. For special products or finishes, there may be technically required minimum quantities - just ask us about it!
We place the highest value on the quality of our print products. For this, we use high-quality materials and modern printing technologies. Each product undergoes quality control before it leaves our house. If you are still not satisfied, please contact us - we will find a solution!
Yes, we offer samples or proof prints for many of our products. For larger orders or special materials, we recommend a proof print to ensure the optimal result. For standard products, we also have sample sets ready for you to look at in our CopyShop Berlin.
Yes, sustainability is important to us. We offer a wide range of environmentally friendly options such as recycled paper, FSC-certified materials and biodegradable products. We also pay attention to environmentally friendly technologies and inks in our printing processes. Feel free to contact us if you value particularly sustainable print products!
Questions about Orders
You have several options to place an order with us: In person at our CopyShop Berlin at Bundesplatz, by phone at 030 / 123 456 78, by email to info@copy-shop.berlin or via our contact form on the website. For more complex projects, we recommend that you come by in person or make a consultation appointment so that we can discuss all the details.
Yes, you can inquire about the status of your order at any time. For larger orders, we automatically inform you by email or phone about the progress and the expected completion. You can also ask about the current status by phone or email at any time. We are working on offering an online tracking system in the future.
Changes or cancellations are possible as long as production has not yet begun. Please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible if you want to make changes. If production has already begun, we can unfortunately no longer accept cancellation, and costs may be incurred for work already done.
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact us immediately. We will analyze the problem together with you and find a solution. In case of production errors on our part, we will of course create a replacement free of charge. For design changes or adjustments after production, additional costs may be incurred.
Yes, we offer an express service for urgent orders. Depending on the product and current workload, we can complete many printed materials within a few hours or on the same day. For the express service, we charge a surcharge of approx. 30% on the regular price. Please contact us directly to discuss the feasibility and exact costs for your specific order.
Questions about Payment and Prices
We accept cash, debit card (Maestro), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as bank transfer (for larger orders). For business customers, we also offer the possibility of invoicing with a payment term of 14 days.
No deposit is required for standard orders. For larger projects or special material orders, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. For new customers with very extensive orders, we reserve the right to request advance payment. We will of course inform you in advance if a deposit is necessary.
Yes, we offer special conditions for students and educational institutions. Students receive a 10% discount on copies, prints and bindings upon presentation of a valid student ID. For schools, universities and other educational institutions, we are happy to create individual offers for regular or larger orders.
Yes, we offer attractive volume discounts for larger orders. The graduation usually starts from 100 pieces with a 5% discount and can be up to 20% for very large orders. You can find the exact discount levels in our price list. For particularly large orders or regular orders, we are happy to create an individual offer for you.
